He joined Amritlal Chemaux Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as B. Shivchand Amritlal & Co.) and played a pivotal role in diversifying its operations. Under his leadership, the company expanded beyond its traditional activities into the dyes and pigments sector, significantly enhancing its industrial footprint and widening its market reach.

Driven by a strong entrepreneurial vision and a deep-rooted connection to the family’s legacy in the colorant industry, Niru Dhinoja returned from Nigeria to establish his own venture. He founded

Riddhi Dyechem Impex, marking the beginning of his independent journey in the dyes and pigments sector.

After gaining international exposure in the United States and pursuing a master’s degree in chemical engineering, he acquired valuable practical experience by working for five years in the pharmaceutical sector. He later returned to India to join and contribute to the family business, bringing with him global expertise and industry insight.

An advanced Research & Development (R&D) center and laboratory were established, with skilled and professional chemists brought on board to drive innovation and develop new technologies in dyes and pigment chemistry

A dedicated Pigment Division was fully established to cater to the global market, offering high-quality pigments manufactured in India.

The company expanded its reach into international markets, with dyes being exported globally. It upheld its reputation by maintaining high product quality and adhering to stringent international standards.

The company began exporting packaging materials, which complemented and expanded its existing product portfolio.
